soundguy 0 Posted August 16, 2016 When I work out it totally grossed me out and messes up my workout cuz I keep going to the rest room to spit up! I work out for about 90 minutes. Christinamo7 4,042 Posted August 17, 2016 do you have any sort of prework out drink or bar? do you drink during your workout? I've only had the slimies once, and it was when I tried to push myself to eat a normal bariatric meal after my Dad died, because I hadn't been eating much and was going back to work. I'd have to guess you may be pushing a bit too hard - but does it matter if you have an easier or harder workout or if your workout is shorter? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
