wolfylove 25 Posted August 26, 2016 I to was sleeved on 8-11-16 today is my first day of food after 3 weeks of Protein drinks. It was a little rough I am suppose to do 100 grams of Protein and 64 oz of liquids. I had a scrambled egg for Breakfast, tuna for lunch and roccota cheese with marinara sauce for dinner and 2 Protein shakes was was tough was trying to get it all in I felt very fully. I am doing well from the surgery still have a little pain but not bad. I was just surprised how hard it was to get everything in also I started multi Vitamins and B complex I bought liquid Vitamins I will be ordering chewable in the future. Hippie72 23 Posted August 26, 2016 Its nice to be able to get some food in even though its a bit mushy. But its fun and am grateful for it. So am having fun mixing things up so I can stop drooling over food I can't have that I see on the TV. I eat about a cup total for the day I get full around 4 ounces.
