northstar9148 82 Posted August 15, 2016 Ok, so my NUT told me I could have all the sugar free popcycles as I wanted. When I looked at the ingredients, it said that each 1/2 popcycles has 4 carbs? This is not making sense to me. There is no sodium, which is good, but the carbs can really add up Sent from my SM-J700T using the BariatricPal App
northstar9148 82 Posted August 15, 2016 Ugg, where's the edit button? I meant frozen popcycles, lol Sent from my SM-J700T using the BariatricPal App
WLSResources/ClothingExch 3,444 Posted August 15, 2016 Ugg, where's the edit button? I meant frozen popcycles, lol Pipcycles, popcycles, rainbows and kitten whiskers. What I want is a frozen popsicle, but sometimes we need only to be understood. 4 grams of carb are nothing. Ask your RD for the desired daily maximum so that you'll feel more confident.. rebecca wills 190 Posted August 15, 2016 Let's put this into perspective. The frozen pops are 15 calories, the sugar free aspect is what we are using. The liquid is counting more towards your 64oz. It's not a food. Two after you've gotten in a meal of Protein will be a nice snack. Living on pops is just silly. Even if you had 8 of them it takes time and you have other things you need to get down. Just eat them. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I was just sitting here w design if pops were considered liquid or food! Thanks for the comment above Am I doing my pouch harm if I have one after eating? Since it's sort of a liquid, does it fall into the category of drinking after eating? I am supposed to wait 30 min after food.
