unique_cathy 13 Posted August 15, 2016 So sick of sleeping on my back. When can I go back to sleeping on my belly? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
daniotra 298 Posted August 15, 2016 Whenever it's comfortable for you. I'm a side sleeper and it was close to two weeks before I could happily lay on my side. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
ShelterDog64 2,364 Posted August 15, 2016 I never stopped sleeping on my side, and slept on my stomach 2 nights after surgery. If it feels ok, it's ok.

ShelterDog64 2,364 Posted August 15, 2016 Unless it hurts, you should be fine. You can always call your surgeon's office and get permission so your mom doesn't worry too much
