Having a buddy to go along with the process would be great. It's 60 days. Anyone who wants to do it but doesn't have the video... They have it on YouTube as well (usually someone who is recording their copy though but it'll get the job done). I haven't been cleared for workout yet (10 days post op) but I can't wait.
