faithlove 25 Posted August 14, 2016 Hello, Im sure this question was asked before. I live in TX and have Medicare as a secondary insurance. My primary insurance does not cover WLS. Anyhow, Im confused as to how many supervised visits does Medicare require? 3 months or 6 months? Thanks in advance. deanieluv6 70 Posted August 16, 2016 I have Medicare also, I was required to do 3 months. Which surprised me. I hope this helps. I had my surgery on May 25th 2016. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
faithlove 25 Posted August 16, 2016 Thank you Deanieluv6! So excited for you! What state do you live in? WhitneyMC- I called Medicare and got no answers. Unfortunately, they just read what is on the Medicare website no other info is made available. Also each time I've called its a 2-3 hr hold to speak to a representative.
