OWLS called me Friday to setup my first set of appointments so I meet w/ dr Patterson on 12/13 and then the nutritionist on 1/6. After those appts they are going to submit for approval with my food logs and gym login records. My policy is very vague as to what the accept for the 6 month rule, so we're taking our chances, and if they do end up requiring the full 6 mo. at least we will have gotten started! My surgery date was April 21st and so far I've lost 23 lbs...Very happy!I am wondering if anyone knows of a local support group. The one on meetup.com seems totally dead.
