Very disappointing week. Got in all my Protein and fluids, maybe not enough excersise. Frustrating, thought I would lose a pound or two....but instead gained!

Okay, end of rant.

I stayed the same at 276. With the Hurricane we were out of power for a few days and I ate a lot of high carb ready to eat foods, so I am glad I stayed the same and didn't gain.
