LowBMISleever 381 Posted August 13, 2016 So have another Protein shake! If you're breastfeeding, you need a little extra Protein. Try to hang in there, pureeds is SOO much easier!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
lpnking 2 Posted August 13, 2016 Nah it wasn't too bad. I even went to hospital alone because my hubby was working out of state. What hurts is baby constantly picking at my surgical sites! She thinks they will come off! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
Rebaslp 5 Posted August 13, 2016 I had my surgery June 27th and have been hungry from the very beginning. I get hungry every four hours. I eat small portions, but get hungry every 4 hours. Still I have lost 38 pounds.
jess9395 5,449 Posted August 13, 2016 Are you on an acid reducing medicine? Sometimes acid can mimic hunger, it did for me. Also get used to the stomach growling! Mine still does all the time at going on three years out and it's just the new noises my stomach makes when disgusting, totally unrelated to hunger.
Rebaslp 5 Posted August 13, 2016 I do take an acid reducer medication. My stomach does make some noises, but mostly when digesting foods. At one of my doctor appointments that was a group appointment with about eight other ladies that had also had WLS the same week I had, I got nervous because almost all of them said they never got hungry and they had to make themselves eat.
