Prosper Loans

Can anyone tell me about their experience with prosper? I have been in a holding pattern that says "pending activation" . Everyday it says my loan will be listed in one business day, but it's been 3 business days. Thanks!

I have had two loans through Prosper and both were funded within a couple days. The first one was a few thousand dollars to consolidate credit cards while I was unemployed. Had a fairly high interest rate on that one. The second one I got for a few thousand to pay off some medical bills. Maybe provide more details about why you want it?

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't see anything about providing a summary of why I need the loan. I've seen many people mention that on my google sleuthing. I'm wondering if that isn't part of the loan process anymore. Were you loans recent? Also, my loan hasn't even been listed yet so it's not technically "live" for funding. Everything I've read said they had their money deposited within 5 days, but I'm close to that without even a live listing. Calling them has proved to be fruitless.
