I'm just saving for plastic surgery - I'm assuming I'll need at least a full Tummy Tuck and some work done on my boobs. It's a good reward to work towards. The sleeve ended up costing me almost nothing thanks to my insurance, so I'm using some money I set aside for that to freeze my eggs this year and the rest goes into the plastic surgery fund. It's a long way off for me, but I'm looking forward to it !

I had 1 appointment with a personal trainer...turns out his sister had a sleeve last year and he developed a workout for her, heavy on weight training , that really worked for her, and she was a 49 BMI. Very minimal excess skin.. So he developed a plan for me, too. 50 bucks for a one hr visit, and it was worth every penny. My surgery is this coming Thursday, and as soon as I am cleared, I am doing exactly as he advised.

Can I please have a copy of it? I would do anything for a copy of that plan lol. I will do anything to prevent the inevitable excess skin.

Well there may be personal trainers locally that may be able to help out. With a plan. I plan to met with one tomorrow. I have also started lifting my husband weights at home.
