BarefootDrummer 108 Posted August 12, 2016 It does seem to get better around day 3-4. Every dr requires a different plan. Mine called high Protein, no sugar Greek yogurt a liquid. Also, I found this Soup - ProtiDiet chicken. After a few days of shakes, this tasted like heaven. Make it a little light on Water and ... it kind of tastes like a gravy.
