tobhappy&healthy 50 Posted August 12, 2016 I made a pureed buffalo chicken (almost like a dip) & ate that a lot during that phase. High in Protein low in fat & carbs. I used either chicken breast or canned premium chicken breast (like tuna), buffalo sauce, blue cheese, & hidden valley light ranch. Puree all of the above together. Yum!
