triplethreat 257 Posted August 14, 2016 My loss is about the same. I'm very happy with my slower rate of loss now, 2-3 lbs a week. It's fun to lost 9 lbs in one week but now that I've slowed I feel confident that slow and steady wins the race. Pmw109 2 Posted August 25, 2016 My Surgical team told me to not expect much in the first month or so. Your body will take a while to settle, it's like having a baby. Your body and hormones are all out of whack, but after that hump it will come off easily.
