Try not to be so ambitious with your food just yet. Try cream of wheat, Hummus split pea Soup simple mushy at first

@8petals.. Remember you are still really swollen and your stomach can't churn food like before. I'm still mainly on ice Water but trying to force myself to take in pureed foods. Real foods pureed are to heavy so i got baby foods.

@@SwampBillies The vomiting has gotten 80% better! My doctor said if it didn't get better throughout the weekend, he'd do an EGD to make sure I don't have a stricture, but now I'm able to hold down a lot more foods than before.
