When I was 3 months out I think I lost like 44 lbs. everyone is different and every little step is HUGE. Celebrate the little moment as well as the milestones. You are doing great!!!

My doctor said 30% of the excess weight was our goal at 3 months.

@@adurrette89, that's just crazy! I don't think anyone should lose that much that fast. You're doing great! My Dr said from day one their expectations were 1-2 lbs per week.
