applejenn 173 Posted August 9, 2016 I'm 3 months out and I've been crying over everything now and just feel blah. Is this a normal thing?? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Dlh04655 3 Posted August 9, 2016 I have been the same way and I'm a month out of surgery. Part of my problem is I'm sick of only eating fish and puréed chicken. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
applejenn 173 Posted August 9, 2016 I hear ya I was on pureed for over a month. It was horrible. I lived on chicken, cottage cheese, refried Beans Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Nymea 87 Posted August 15, 2016 I have been rather sad the last few days as I realise how many things I can't eat now. I know that is the point of the surgery and it was the only way to get all the weight off in the long run but even so I feel rather sad that I can't enjoy a little something at Christmas or on my birthday. I seem to dump at even a sniff of fat or sugar which pretty much eliminates anything "fun" to have.
daniotra 298 Posted August 15, 2016 A lot of it is the hormone dump from the fat you are losing. Some days I cry at the drop of a hat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
