MinaDina 89 Posted August 9, 2016 Have any ladies gone to Curves post op?? I know its a lil old lady gym, but I always enjoyed the simplicity of knowing you were going to be working out the right muscles and not being lost in a gym full of foreign equipment. Not to mention the 90 year old planking next to you is major motivation. Im trying to decide if I want to go back to Curves or if I want brave a regular gym(because their hours are longer). It's never too late, until its too late
erp 2,016 Posted August 9, 2016 The best workout is the one you'll do. So if you'll go to Curves then go for it. I used to go to a Curves style gym. Eventually I outgrew the equipment, it simply wasn't challenging enough after awhile. Maybe sign up for six months and then reassess.
Sophie74656 1,572 Posted August 9, 2016 all of the ones closed by me. I like Snap fitness. They are little gyms that are 24 hours. You get a swipe card and can go whenever you want, and there's usually very few people there. You can get a free trial for a month (Or maybe it was a few dollars)
