tanyarahmes 119 Posted August 7, 2016 None lol. Sorry I am having a hard time myself with Protein I was drinking premier shakes but now 6 weeks out they make me super nauseous I have tried so many and can't find anyone that does not make me sick so I started eating small bits every couple hrs but it so hard getting it in. I hope u find something you like Sent from my iPhone
trekker954 421 Posted August 7, 2016 I tried GENEPRO the other day, put it in some chicken broth and all I tasted was the chicken broth. There were no clumps or weird taste. I was very happy. I purchased unflavored in order to put it in other things. I'm pretty okay with most ready to drink Protein shakes.

ShelterDog64 2,364 Posted August 8, 2016 I've tried Isopure, unjury and GENEPRO....Genepro is by far my favorite. It mixes very well and I can't tell it's in my food.

2bsleeved26 18 Posted August 8, 2016 I agree with GENEPRO
ShelterDog64 2,364 Posted August 8, 2016 If you use GENEPRO, look on their website for instructions on how to best mix it into different temperature foods. For example, I use a scoop in my coffee every morning, so I mix it with the milk that I'm going to add since it mixes better with cold liquids. You should use a fork, not a spoon. It does make a difference!

tpasun 55 Posted August 8, 2016 I e tried nectar unflavored, mixed it with some broth and didn't notice a change in flavor, but there was a little later of foam on the top that was a little odd. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

shamale 54 Posted August 9, 2016 I ordered genpro a few weeks ago and it has been a life saver! I have added it to smoothies, coffee, and Water at this point with absolutely no taste. There is no big hunkin' cup you use its just a tiny scoop and each scoop has 30 grams of Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
