pandas22 8 Posted August 3, 2016 Hi all I'm 44 had sleeve surgery 7/13/16 weight day of surgery 275. First week and a half I lost 20 pounds I haven't lost anymore weight. I can't find a Protein drink I like so I'm not getting much in the way of Protein. I do my Water just fine to stay hydrated but every time i take the multi Vitamin it makes me sick???? Getting discouraged Sent from my LG-H950 using the BariatricPal App Just had my 3 week check up and was told that a stall around this time is completely normal. They said to make sure to only weigh yourself 1 time a week and that even though the scale might not change you can notice a difference in the way clothes and such fit. They said that when you're working out you can burn fat by going slow and then fast and changing the intensity level throughout your workout. I was also told that a stall around the 3-6 month period also occurs.... Hope that helps! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Getting discouraged Sent from my LG-H950 using the BariatricPal App My surgery was the day after yours. I too had trouble taking my Vitamins. I tried taking them before meals, after meals, in between meals, and every time I got extremely nauseated and even vomited once. Thankfully, I think I figured it out a few days ago. I eat about 1/3 of my meal, take Vitamin, eat another 1/3, take rest of Vitamins, finish meal. This has been working wonders! By the way, my vitamins are chewable, so I'm not drinking during meals. I left my house for vacation 4 days ago. This is the first time I haven't been weighing myself daily. I'm nervous about weighing in when I get home. I don't want to hit the dreaded 3 week stall! I hope these tips are helping and your stall ends soon!
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted August 3, 2016 I'm nervous about weighing in when I get home. I don't want to hit the dreaded 3 week stall! If you stay off the scale for several weeks, you can sail through your 3 week stall without ever knowing about it. I highly recommend it!
LizHobbs 27 Posted August 3, 2016 Hi Suziesue1706. Have you tried liquid Vitamin And are you waiting 5 to 10 minutes in between each bit? Good that you are drinking Water .you can find some of the Protein liquid that can be mix with the Water so you can get the right amount of Protein and the last but not least moving ,walking to loose weight.how much do you eat?
