stalled at 70lbs

was 100 lbs over weight been stuck at 70 lbs lost for a month . abnormal or not

I stalled for 2 months at the 65-70 ponds lost point. I thought I was done losing. Stick with it. I went on to lose another 45 pounds after that. Months 6 - 12 post-op were much slower loss and a lot of stalls, but it still happened. There is no reason you cannot hit your goal.

Good to read that! I am in a similar spot right now and am approaching the 6 month mark. Lost a little over 70lbs so far was starting to think I was one of those people that wasn't a complete success and that this was all I would get.
