nanrose 0 Posted August 25, 2007 I am having lapband surgery in about a month. 61 years old, have diabetes, and hope the surgery will eliminate the diabetes. My Dr. is Dr. Lenz in Duluth. I am trying to plan for what I need. Can anyone recommend a good, affordable Protein Powder?
allaboutme 0 Posted August 25, 2007 My doctor recommends American whey Protein. I get it online at Bodybuilding, weight loss supplements, Protein shakes, fitness supplements, muscle building supplements. I like the Double chocolate. They also have Protein bullets. They are liquid Protein in 25grams and 45grams of protein. I am on a liquid diet this week before surgery and have to do 2 Protein Shakes a day. So, it helps to have something a little different. Alot of people at our support group uses stuff from GNC or Vitamin Shoppes. Good Luck! Mary
