Mjohnson4631 10 Posted July 31, 2016 So I weighed today and am up two lbs! I'm 5 wks out I'm so aggravated. This is so hard to balance to get in all Protein etc.. Going to start exercising soon maybe that'll help. How could I gain I'm still eating around 500 cals . I'm focused on low carb high protein. Sucks!!!!!!!!! Anyone else have any gains early on?
