I am pleased with everything up to this point. I'm losing just over 4 lbs a week. Following the plan to the T. I workout an hour 4-6 days a week. I was sleeved 6.21.16

Before surgery the week before I started my period I could eat a horse!! Well this week I have felt the same. I will start next week and this week has been rough!! I "feel" hungry all the time. Not craving anything. Just hunger. I'm thinking it has something to do with PMS. I just dnt stay satisfied for long. I have eaten more Protein and kept myself from snacking. But if this is going to be the normal I will be very sad. I have felt like I have been on a strict diet this week.

Has anyone experienced this

Will this get better as time goes

Any suggestions

Thanks!

hello

i have noticed that my "pms" is unpredictable since having surgery and losing wt. this month i noticed myself grazing. last month i had a burst of engery....sometimes i have your typical pre period bloating sometimes non. my moods are noticabley stable. fat cells hold estrogen as we lose weight symptoms change cause our bodies are hold onto less fat hence less estrogen. you will notice as time goes on your pms symptoms, hunger tiredness...moods....bloating...cycle changes. all this may occur. you are doing great keep it up
