Ate too fast... Lesson learned

I microwaved my scrambled egg, with salt, milk and no butter. Just added bit of cheese sauce.

First time I had it, it was fine.

Second time, I overcooked it, so it was drier, and then got stuck in the middle of my oesophagus, with increasing burning travelling up my oesophagus, then I threw it up ....

I eat poached eggs and other than feeling stuffed they go do pretty smooth.

I'll stay away from scrambled eggs, yummy as they look

Ditto poached or scrambled but not well done; softer goes down well, as does a fried over medium eg with the yolk broken but not cooked fully

i haven't tried scrambled but i have done boiled and omelet. The omelet (2 eggs and accidentally too much cheese) was good but I had too much and had to wait for the overstuffed feeling to past. I haven't tried scrambled.
