KristenVSG2014 1,872 Posted July 31, 2016 I lived on refried Beans and cheese for my mushy week. I was so over Protein shakes. Scrambled eggs and cheese are also yum. Just toast spreaded with ricotta cheese 1 piece of turkey bacon cut in half and an egg with ketchup for added flavor... do you guys think the ketchup will do me any harm weight loss wise??
