I'm 3 yrs post op gastric sleeve my lowest weight 183 today I'm at 197. My question, has anyone tried dieters tea Or slim tea for weight loss?

I used it a few years ago- it's just a diuretic. It's something I use when I want my stomach to be bloat-free a day or two before I have to wear a tight dress, but it isn't something I would use as an actual weight loss product.

I think going back on a Meal Replacement shake plan would be way more beneficial and yummier! Ha
