Just had surgery July 21, 2016

I just had my surgery seven days ago! I already loss almost 10lbs. I'm a little scared about losing weight too fast and being super thin but on the other hand I can't weight to see my results in six months. I'm having so many mixed emotions!

7 days, 10 lbs down, you should be happy not worried!!

weight can/will/might (covering my assss LOL) be faster at the beginning

eventually/soon the loss usually slows down a bit

but that's ok

you are not in any race

this is a marathon, not a sprint

Had my surgery the same day! Down 18 lbs so far, but having a hard time getting to my Protein goal. Start puréed stage this weekend so hoping that helps. Have you had any issues meeting your Protein goal? Any tips?

I've been drinking protein2o, that helps and now I can have tuna so I get those flavored packs.. so delicious!!
