Hiraeth 515 Posted July 31, 2016 That's what I was told, " no caffeine ever again." Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I heard that a lot of people continue with caffeine about 6 months after the surgery. Some only wait 2 months. I think that saying never to drink it again is very extreme.

thenewlilly 7 Posted August 1, 2016 Some doctors don't even require it! I'm doing ok. I haven't cheated but it was tempting:) I am only limited to 3 shakes per day. It is getting easier like everyone says. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

It is getting easier like everyone says. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App I've had 3-4 shakes per day and I've already lost 6 pounds. This is my 5th day. I was tempted, too. I actually had a nightmare 2 nights ago that I cheated and was eating a Little Debbie Zebra cake, lmao! I was so devastated. Then I woke up feeling so relieved, hahaha.
