1 year post on the sleeve

I have lost 122 lbs it's been a struggle at times but wouldn't change anything, people ask me if I would do it again and the answer is a simple yep!!!

The liquid diet killed me, but it was part of the big change, can't speak for everyone but the urge for sweets and heavy meals went away after a couple months, ur body will let u know in a hurry what u need and don't. Breads was kind of a struggle but it goes away to with the right mind set. Good luck and if u have any other questions just shout
