Fourth Year Psychology study that you can take part in! Please!

Hello, I am a fourth year Psychology student doing my Thesis on Successful outcomes for Obesity and inparticular looking at psychological support after surgery, but also looking at attitudes or people with or without surgery. We need 600 participants so if anyone can PLEASE spare half and hour or so to take our survey that would be great! Some of the options for the answers are worded strangely for example "a little" and "not much" there is no clear destinction, but please just imagine it on on a scale! The results will be made available to you, and you might learn something about yourself! Thank you!!!! Ashley.
