How are my August sleeves friends doing? I did not have much surgical pain but the gas pains in my chest,shoulders and back were almost unbearable! I think I walked the hospital floor25 times! Subsiding today...

I was in a lot of pain and nausea the first day. I'm starting to feel myself little by little. Hope we all have a speedy recovery.

Day 8 post op and got over 12,000 steps in! First day of full liquids (protein shakes) not bad!
