I'm 7 weeks post sleeve. I noticed yesterday that I'm getting these tiny blackheads all over my tummy. So odd! Anyone else? Why do you think this is happening?

Might be ingrown hairs if they shaved your stomach before surgery. I've had a ton of them. But, I'm not sure if they shave everyone or not.
