caseycat7 19 Posted July 24, 2016 Hello. This is my first post on here. I was sleeved on June 16, 2016. My starting weight was 340lbs and I am now 298lbs. I am 5 weeks out, and I've been feeling absolutely miserable. I've been nauseous and the sight of certain foods or even thinking about food makes me feel miserable. I feel like I am losing too slow, or like I'm doing everything wrong. I've been sleeping terribly and I've had a headache for 3 days. I'm absolutely exhausted and have no motivation to work out. I'm having a really tough time coping with my emotions. I was very much an emotional eater and now that my stomach is gone I don't have anything healthy to cope with. It's been really miserable for me. I'm crabby, emotional, exhausted, and kind of regretting the surgery right now. I would love to kinda just undo it right now. Any suggestions? OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 24, 2016 If you lost 42lbs in 5 weeks I wouldn't call that slow, at all.

Dub 9,922 Posted July 24, 2016 Stay hydrated and on point with meting your Protein and Vitamin requirements each day. You are in the tough part. It took me about two months to begin to feel "somewhat normal". By the beginning of the third month I knew I was back in action and better than ever. It's been that way ever since. Hang in there and be patient. It'll get better really, really soon.
