jasac58 3 Posted July 24, 2016 Went to my first nutrition class on July 19. The dietitian made a suggestion since your not able to drink before during or after a meal, take some frozen grapes to suck on for moisture. Is there anymore ideas?
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted July 24, 2016 I can drink right up to a meal, but during or within 45 minutes after is uncomfortable at best, and usually makes me vomit. If I take more than a teeny sip while eating, my meal is over. I can't hold any more. It's been three years. I am totally used to it.
Unbridled 152 Posted July 24, 2016 This restriction completely makes sense, but wow, it's going to be hard. I drink Water with every single meal. @@LipstickLady your weight loss is impressive! You are a great example of sticking to the basics of sleeve eating. Thank you for your input. It helps to know not drinking with meals can be done. (OMGosh this is gonna be a tough habit to break.) LipstickLady 25,682 Posted July 24, 2016 Of course it can be done. I learned the hard way. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake.
