Bee healthy 29 Posted July 24, 2016 7 AM coffee, then 8 OZ Water 9:30 AM Protein Shake 10AM 8 OZ water 12 PM snack - boiled egg, mashed 1PM 8 Oz water 2 PM tuna - 2 ounce 2 PM 16 OZ crystal light 4 PM Protein shake 6 PM blend ice, water, SF Syrup, crystal light for a slushy 16 OZ drink ** if hungry before bed I have light cheese.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Idj49 10 Posted July 24, 2016 I am 9 weeks post op. I gave up Protein Shakes after 4 weeks when I was allowed to, I'm not a huge milk drinker. I get all of my Protein with food. Typically I have 2 eggs for Breakfast with turkey sausage. If I don't have that then it's 3/4 of non-fat greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of nuts and 1/4 of berries. tuna with salad for lunch and some sort of protein with a vegetable for dinner. I'll have 1/4-1/2 cup of fruit after lunch. I'm not a big snacker but I'm fortunate that I can 4 ounces of protein typically so I don't need to snack. I usually come in at 650-750 a day.
