Im soo very pleased!! I had my 3 mo check up and im more than 50% of my body weight gone so im very pleased with my new tool!! Dr says in these next 3 mo she wants me to loose 20 lbs so im going to push hard and do my best!! I seriously wish i would have made this change way earlier in life....but it is what it is and im embracing every aspect of this change????????????so for today i wish everyone the very best and keep pushing to do better????????????????

Thank u im super determined to do the right thing....for many uears ive failed at many attempted diets and gained all the weight back then some so this was it....i was super ready....good luck to u as well on ur journey????????????
