I had at least 2 Protein Shakes a day and either steak or chicken and veggies for dinner. List 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I remember the nurse calling and saying no surgery till you loose 10 pounds, you would have swore she said I had to loose 100. Surgery set for the 24th

Weren't you hungry? I know this is do-able, what did you do when you were hungry? I have to have at least 1200 calories, just incorporating more physical activity in my day. 4 months until surgery! [emoji15] I have to lose 27lbs and I've been struggling!
