Definitely .... my loss is very slow now. Usually 3-5 pounds a month. But, slow and steady wins the race. Be patient, it will move again.

As I scroll through this site looking for inspiration, I run into your post. I was sleeved August 17, 2016. I'll be turning 44 in March.

My stats:

HW 237

SW 230

CW 187

GW 150-160

I thought I can do this alone. My husband is very supportive, but I feel like he doesn't really understand. Would love to join your buddy group.
