It's hard to keep anything down :(

I cant seem to hold down anything either. I take 2 or 3 teaspoons of yoghurt or a couple of sips of liquid and I feel like I am full. I am afraid if I overeat I will throw up.

I can keep things down but just have to sip very slowly. I sip all damn day and barely got in 18 0z so far today. I was having trouble keeping track because I kept adding ice to my drink so now pour it into the 2oz disposable condiment cups and log it as soon as I'm done with each one. Good luck!
