GinaCampbell 434 Posted July 19, 2016 I ate something too gloopy (best word I could think of) and it feels a bit stuck. Just sitting too high. Any suggestions on how to clear the situation? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

GinaCampbell 434 Posted July 19, 2016 As I am two months out post op, I have been trying pureed foods. Clearly not all purees are equal! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
jea(n__n)ette 98 Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) Stretch. Stand tall, put your arms up in the air, arch your back slightly, look up and keep reaching up. Do this a few times and the stuck food moves down. I've had to excuse myself to the restroom a couple times at restaurants to stretch, vomiting avoided.
