Cervidae 2,389 Posted July 18, 2016 First, don't be too hard on yourself. You're only human, and part of being human is sometimes making mistakes even after making huge progress. You will get there again. Second, I would highly recommend tracking your food with an app such as myfitnesspal. I'm betting you've done this before, but getting back to basics may be beneficial for you right now. Are you seeing a therapist? Or maybe attending a support group? It sounds like you know what you're doing but just need a little help getting back on track. Check into both of those things if you aren't already. It can make a world of difference to have that extra support and accountability. You'll get back to where you want to be! Be kind to yourself and remember why you've gone through all the hard work in the first place. Feel free to message me anytime if I can help at all, even just to lend an ear. I started above 400 pounds too. Good luck to you.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted July 18, 2016 Congratulations on the weight loss. @@Cervidae has given you some great advice. I would also recommend you make an appointment with your NUT to talk about your goals.
