He told me I needed to go to a cardiologist and then he gave me clearance and requested bloodwork, EKG and ultrasound of my heart. I will tell you that the cardio tried to talk me out of it saying I didn't need it (lower bmi patient). I just listened, thanked him for his opinion and went on my way. He did give me clearance tho. I also had to have an EGD. He tried to talk me out of it too. My mind was already made up tho

Well. I made it. Yesterday was rough! I was so tired I couldn't walk at all. Threw up once when I took too much liquid pain medicine. I'm feeling better today. I'm sitting up more and will start walking in a little while. Still haven't had anything to drink since around 4pm Sunday.

Definitely sounds like a rough day. I tossed the liquid pain med once (the first time) but did better with it the next day. The first 48 hours is exhausting and tough but gets better from there. Let us know if you need anything!

Today is so much better than yesterday. The difference one day makes is huge! I walked around the block and went shopping with my wife. Time to rest a little now.

I slept practically the whole time. The second day is the worst. I took too much pain medication at one time and threw it up. Since then I haven't taken any.

My 2 days at the hotel were about the same but I think I slept a little more and did less walking than Flipper98c. Had a 3 hour drive home on the 3rd day and that went better than expected. You are correct, every day it gets a lot easier.
