Does anyone have any idea or stats on if the risk is higher for Lap-band Revision to Gastric Sleeve?

Try that again. What did you mean to ask? "...if the risk is higher for lapband revision to gastric sleeve" than what?

I revised from lapband to sleeve June 7, 2016. Lapband remived and sleeve done in one procedure No issues at all except a lot of scar tissue so the procedure took a little longer than originally anticipated.
