mt1999 7 Posted July 16, 2016 I've been in a stall for 3 weeks now. I'm 5 weeks post op. I've decided to become more diligent in logging my Protein. Maybe I'm not getting enough in. I hope this helps with the numbers going down. Can anyone give me some advice. I'm losing patience. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App

Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. If you plan to lose a significant amount of weight, you will experience periodic stalls. Advice? Just follow your program. Track your food. Make sure you are getting at least 64 oz of Fluid. Get in all of your Protein. For me that is at least 100 grams a day. Avoid added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), starches, and fried foods. Practice eating mindfully. Eat slowly, take small bites, and chew thoroughly. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Exercise when cleared. And, Embrace the Stall http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall. KristenLe 5,979 Posted July 16, 2016 @@mt1999 What is your Protein goal? Are you getting enough fluids? What do you typically eat?
mt1999 7 Posted July 16, 2016 Trying around 80g Protein. Mostly eating meat. Just started Isopure Protein drinks yesterday. And no, probably not getting enough fluids. Which are difficult because I work in a Laboratory, you can't have food or Water near your work area.
