"The best" Protein shake for you is the one you can tolerate the best -- and maybe even like the taste of.

The one that works best for me is the GNC Lean shake 25.

The only way to find *your* shake is to try a number of different ones.

i tried shortly after my WLS

my prob was couldn't find sugar free grape juice!!!

i'll check it out again,

i have the six pack "holders" for the popsicles

thanx for reinforcing the good idea about making my own

when/if i can make the purple ones

i'll send one to you through the mail!!! :lol:

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
