Hi any body with hf insurance? I completed my 6 moths weight in and all my study, but I have a gap on my weight in my pcp gave me an appointment a month + twice thru out the six month but my surgery coordinator told my to add 2 additional month back to back to avoid denial from health first...

Pretty much standard regardless of insurance carrier. Must be consecutive, no gaps.
