Just an update, my surgery is scheduled for February 2nd! Only a Tummy Tuck was approved though. I still want a breast lift, but I'm not sure if I can afford it.

I have BCBS Federal. My tummy is all skin now, and actually hurts when I run. We put in for a 360 lift, boob lift, and neck lift, and they only approved a paniculectomy (my surgeon does a tummy tuck, and includes a new belly button).

I didn't provide anything. My Doctors office did everything.
