Alex_Lycan 8 Posted July 16, 2016 I had my surgery on July 4th. I've had a day or two when there was no weightloss. It is normal. You lose or gain Water weight quite easily. Be patient. I use an app called "Healthcare" to register my daily weight. It uses a trendline and not your weight point to measure progress. So using that trendline I lose weight every day. It even sets a goal date using your actual data. It has been a stress releiver for me. I've used it before and I can tell you it is a great tool to stay on track without getting discouraged by temporary setbacks.
