If you're not uncomfortable, you may not have anything in you. Between (most people's) preop liquid diet, and post-op liquid diet... liquid in equals liquid out. Nothing to poop out.

When was your first bowel movement during post-op??? Did you use anything to overcome Constipation or did it just happen??? (Yes Ladies & Gentlemen... This is a sh***y conversation)

I had my first poop 5 days after, but I had taken stool softeners for 2 days. Had my surgery on July 8th

I waited a week, and then it was very slow and difficult. It got better after that. I think your system is slowed by the anesthesia and pain killers. Keep drinking Water to flush those out.
